He is the youngest-ever board member of Digital Isle of Man, the technology executive agency of the Isle of Man government. Sam also serves as an adviser to both the Zekret blockchain and Off The Chain Trading; a specialized crypto fund.

Recognized as an award-winning sales leader, Dustin has consistently demonstrated his ability to thrive in highly competitive, client-centric environments.
Based on the Isle of Man, Robert leads Echo’s technology team, responsible for ensuring the exchange operates securely and complies with IOMFSA standards.
